An Ohio State game will not be part of the first slate of six Big Ten Friday night games to be telecast next season, according to the schedule released today by the league.
The Big Ten said a week ago it was going to have 18 prime time games next season on either Fox or the ESPN/ABC family of networks, with an unprecedented six of those being moved to Friday nights in September or October.
OSU athletic director Gene Smith said then the Buckeyes would go along with the plan, but there would be no OSU home game involved in 2017 though there could be a road game.
