As a college football analyst for ESPN, former Ohio State and NFL running back Robert Smith is sometimes asked to make pronouncements about the future, and he stepped into that role on Jan. 13 when speaking of Braxton Miller.
“The day after the national championship game in January, I said he should move to H-back. … He’s literally one of the most dangerous runners I’ve ever seen at any position,” Smith said of the Ohio State quarterback, who sat out the Buckeyes’ national championship season after suffering a shoulder injury in August.
Miller revealed this week that, for now, that indeed is his plan.
