First and foremost quarterback Justin Fields and the re-built Ohio State offensive line will have to keep their composure. They have performed well so far this season but haven’t played in a game with 90,000 screaming fans that don’t want you to play well.
And the whole country will be watching.
Fields and the line have to communicate with each other well to avoid false starts and negative plays. The quarterback, running backs and receivers will also have to get on the same page despite the noise.
Next, the Buckeyes must pound the rock. Nothing takes the wind out of a pumped up home team, and the crowd, like running the ball down their throats.
