The last several weeks, Tyquan Lewis has found he has had one thought on his mind when he opens his eyes each morning, and he doesn’t expect it to be any different today on Christmas Day 2016.
Despite the holiday season, though, it hasn’t been anticipation of Christmas, or of what Santa or mom or grandma might have left for him under the tree. “That’s the first thing you think about when you wake up,” Lewis said.
