Many Ohio State fans have the running back situation as a two horse race between senior Bri’onte Dunn and redshirt freshman Mike Weber. However, there is a good chance the Buckeyes may need three running backs, or even more.
Buckeye fans have been spoiled recently, with a star running back like Carlos Hyde and then of course Ezekiel Elliott who took the position to the next level. Ohio State quarterbacks just had to feed them the ball 20 times a game and get 100+ yards. Then repeat the process the next game.
The running back situation for Ohio State the last few years is the exception and not the rule.
