Ryan Day is blessed to follow in the footsteps of a man who led the Ohio State football team to an 83-9 record, won a national title and three Big Ten titles during his seven years at the helm.
Coach Day does not have to, and more importantly must not, change much as the leader of the program to maintain the same level of achievement Urban Meyer accomplished. Some tweaks are needed though.
