The Ohio State Buckeyes are anticipating a big summer, as they have tons of high profile visits planned in both June and July, and it looks like the fireworks have started a little earlier than expected on Sunday night. Longtime Penn State tackle commit Grant Toutant shocked the recruiting world, announcing that he was decommitting from the Nittany Lions, and flipping to Ohio State.
Toutant, currently ranked as the 324th best player in the country (27th OT) by 247Sports, was considered by many to be as solid a commit as they come, visiting Penn State several times over the past few months after his commitment in November.
