The college football recruiting world entered the contact period Sunday, Nov. 25 and will continue until Dec. 15. This is the most lenient time for college football coaches in the recruiting game as they are given the most opportunity to create new relationships with recruits and build upon those already established in order to best set their program up for the future.
During this time, coaches are allowed to visit with recruits in person, no matter the location. Meaning, the beginning of in-home visits.
However, do not expect the Ohio State Buckeyes to hit the ground running with these as the team has a more important task at hand, winning the Big Ten Championship game this weekend over Northwestern.
