As of just minutes ago, only four members of Ohio State’s 2014 recruiting class, a group that finished third nationally, remain in Columbus. Johnnie Dixon, Terry McLaurin, Parris Campbell, and Demetrius Knox are the final remnants of that stellar group, as defensive tackle Dylan Thompson announced his intentions to play his final season elsewhere.
Thompson, an Illinois native, graduated from Ohio State recently, and will be eligible to play immediately wherever he lands, as a grad transfer.
Thompson was never able to find consistent time on the field at Ohio State, as he battled nagging injuries and off the field issues during his Ohio State career.
