In his first social media post since he was shot in the face early Sunday morning, Garrett provided a positive update on his health and thanked Columbus Police, EMTs and the doctors and nurses who cared for him at the Wexner Medical Center, as well as his family and friends for their support as he recovers from his injuries.
Garrett was released from the hospital on Monday after he suffered what police described as a “through and through gunshot wound to the cheeks in his face” after he was shortly after midnight on Sunday.
