One of Ohio State's best defensive linemen is in some trouble.
Senior defensive tackle Adolphus Washington was cited on a misdemeanor charge of solicitation late Wednesday. Ohio State confirmed the news to Eleven Warriors Thursday afternoon. Washington is due in court Dec. 17 on a first misdemeanor charge.
The news was first reported by ABC6/FOX28 in Columbus, who reports discipline for Washington "will be handled internally," according to Ohio State.
Washington, a second-team All-Big Ten selection by both the coaches and media, is seventh on the team with 49 tackles.
