One of Ohio State's defensive assistants has left the program.
An Ohio State football spokesperson confirmed to Eleven Warriors on Wednesday that Brandon Jordan, a defensive assistant and pass-rush specialist for the Buckeyes, is no longer with the program.
Jordan arrived in Columbus in February after spending one year as a pass-rush specialist for the Seattle Seahawks. The New Orleans native had previous coaching experience at Missouri S&T (2012), McKendree University (2013), Austin Peay (2013-2015), John Ehret High School (2016-18) and Michigan State (2022).
Ohio State hired Jordan to its support staff after it considered using its 10th full-time assistant spot to hire a second defensive line coach to work with Larry Johnson.
