When you are the Ohio State Buckeyes and the reigning national champions of college football you have the ability to possibly convince a potential recruit to change their mind on a verbal commit to one school, and have them think what you are thinking.
That player is four-star offensive tackle recruit Tommy Kramer from Cincinnati Elder High School, who has committed to Notre Dame, though it isn’t completely official.
