As Ohio State looks to improve attendance for home men's basketball games entering Chris Holtmann's second season leading the program, the university has proposed a reduction in student ticket prices for the 2018-19 season.
Should the proposal being approved during the Board of Trustees meeting later this week, student ticket prices for both conference and non-conference games would be set at $9 per game, down from $13 and $12, respectively, in 2017-18.
General public ticket prices for Ohio State basketball games would remain the same under the proposal, ranging from $7 to $29 for most non-conference games, $10 to $46 for most conference games and $14 to $57 for premier games.
