Ohio State is getting a big jump on 2018 recruiting, targeting some of the biggest prospects in the country. With Urban Meyer's coaching success and the prestige of Ohio State, the Buckeyes are in a good position with a few of those prospects, though it is extremely early in the process.
In-state ATH prospect Jaelen Gill was on hand yesterday for the Best of the Midwest combine and he didn't disappoint as he took home MVP honors. Gill has several schools pursuing him and, along with Ohio State, some of the top schools considered to land his services are Michigan, Michigan State, Tennessee, and UCLA.
