Thad Matta will try to get his team to continue their winning ways against Air Force on Tuesday night in Columbus. The Buckeyes have been steadily progressing this season with a very young and inexperienced roster. Each game helps ease the transition into becoming a comfortable basketball team, and players are still learning their roles on the roster.
“I think he’s definitely more positive this year, just trying to make sure we’re in the right state of mind,” Jae’Sean Tate told The Columbus Dispatch of coach Matta. It is understandably a grind to get some many young guys on the same page to win against teams that are two to three years older than they are.
