Through two games the Ohio State basketball team has defeated the University of Cincinnati 64-56 and UMass Lowell 76-56 as they are currently 2-0.
They have seen some solid performances from the likes of Kaleb Wesson and Kyle Young, but freshman D.J. Carton has also shown why he was such a sought-after recruit.
Against Cincinnati, Carton had nine points on 60 percent shooting to go with five rebounds and two assists. He had a really impressive game against UMass Lowell though, as he had 13 points on 83 percent shooting to go with four assists and three rebounds.
