With the chance to play themselves into an NCAA tournament bid, the Buckeyes came into East Lansing and put together one of the worst defensive performances you’ll ever see from a team with so much to play for. Given their helplessness on the defensive end, the expected result was a 91-76 rout at the hands of the Michigan State Spartans.
In their first meeting, two weeks ago in Columbus, it was their inability to defend the three point line that led to a lopsided affair in its own right. Today they opted to not defend at all.
