For the first 12 minutes of play neither the Ohio State basketball team nor the Wisconsin Badgers could seem to gain an advantage. However, when the scored was tied at 15 and Kaleb Wesson picked up his second foul everything changed.
The Badgers outscored the Buckeyes 23-5 the rest of the first half and took a 38-20 lead into the break.
Ohio State scored the first 7 points in the second half to pull with 11 but never could get closer than that the rest of the way. Wisconsin extended the lead to 63-39 with a little less than eight minutes to pay and cruised to a 71-59 win.
