Ohio State basketball adds former Butler walk-on Connor Fulton to the roster

Today, 6’4 shooting guard Connor Fulton announced via Twitter that he had decided not to attend Butler University and instead would be following head coach Chris Holtmann to Columbus, and enrolling at The Ohio State University. Fulton averaged 16 points per game during his high school career.

The Draper, UT-native had been planning to attend Butler as a preferred walk-on, but with Ohio State’s lack of back-court depth, the move will give the Buckeyes extra options at the 2-guard for both game and practice situations.

With Fulton’s addition, the Ohio State roster now sits at 11 players; Fulton is the team’s fifth guard.
