The Ohio State Buckeyes baseball team won the Big 10 Tournament on Sunday night, defeating Iowa 8-7 in the championship game.
This win puts the Buckeyes in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2009.
Ohio State earned the No. 2 seed in the Louisville region. Louisville is the No. 1 seed in the region and No. 2 overall in the nation. It is a double-elimination format.
The Buckeyes open up play against No. 3 seed Wright State on Friday at 2 PM. The game will air on ESPN3.
Ohio State went 43-18-1 overall in the regular season, with a record of 15-10 within the Big 10.
