The normally reliable Buckeye bullpen couldn't hold the lead against the Hoosiers
Entering Thursday night's game with Indiana, the Ohio State baseball team was 27-0 in 2015 in games where it held the lead after the seventh inning. That streak was snapped in Bloomington, as the Hoosiers used a three-run eighth for a comeback 6-4 win.
The loss was Ohio State's sixth in its last seven Big Ten games, and dropped the team to a 13-8 conference record overall. The Buckeyes are struggling down the stretch, and sit in a fourth place tie with Maryland. Indiana, on the other hand, is surging, having won its last four in Big Ten play, evening up their record at 10-10.
