Washington D.C. Sidwell Friends School three-star offensive tackle Walter Rouse included Ohio State in his Top 10 early Friday morning alongside Duke, Maryland, Michigan, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Penn State, Stanford, Virginia and Yale.
