It’s a surprisingly unceremonious end to a tenure in Tennessee that was highlighted by Vrabel winning NFL Coach of the Year honors after leading the Titans to a 12-5 record in 2021. The Titans earned three straight playoff berths from 2019-21, his second through fourth years on the job, but went just 13-21 in his final two seasons with the team.
