Michigan’s “BBQ at the Big House” Meal Gets Roasted

Rather than pulled pork, brisket, ribs or any of the other foods typically associated with a barbecue, the meal shown consisted of a hot dog, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, tater tots and a chocolate chip cookie.

In an age where most top college football programs have their own chefs on staff to cook meals for players and recruits, Michigan’s underwhelming barbecue fare got roasted on Twitter, with some making the connection between the meal served on Sunday and Jim Harbaugh allegedly committing NCAA violations by buying hamburgers for recruits off-campus.
