Ohio State was behind the Sooners 3-2 at one point, but that didn't stop them from coming back and taking down No. 14 seed Oklahoma 4-3 in Georgia to advance to the NCAA quarterfinals.
The Bucks dropped the doubles point narrowly, as the duo of Junior No. 2 Mikael Torpegaard and senior Herkko Pollanen won their match 6-3 while junior Hugo Di Feo and sophomore Martin Joyce lost 6-4. Sophomore Hunter Tubert and freshman JJ Wolf lost their matchup 7-6.
Torpegaard had a hard time with Oklahoma's No. 24 Spencer Papa, as Papa took the first set 6-2 and Torpegaard narrowly escaped the second set with a 7-6 win.
