Keita Bates-Diop had 19 points, six rebounds and a game-saving block as Ohio State knocked off No. 8 Iowa 68-64 on senior day in Value City Arena.
With Ohio State ahead 66-64 with 7.5 seconds left, Iowa inbounded the ball to Mike Gesell, who sprinted up the right sideline, ran off a screen and appeared to have a look at the basket. Instead, Keita Bates-Diop blocked the shot, and Marc Loving grabbed the rebound and was fouled with 1.2 seconds left.

He hit both free throws to set the final score and keep any lingering NCAA Tournament hopes alive for the Buckeyes (19-11, 11-6 Big Ten).
