Maurice Clarett pleads guilty to DUI charge

Former Ohio State University star running back Maurice Clarett pleaded guilty this week to driving under the influence and was sentenced in Morrow County Municipal Court.

Clarett, 32, of Canal Winchester, was sentenced Monday to 60 days in the Morrow County Correctional Facility and fined $1,000 plus court costs, according to court records.

All but three days of the sentence and $400 of the fine were suspended on the condition that Clarett successfully complete two years of probation and undergo a driver intervention program.
