Well, Day 1 of March Madness 2018 is in the bag, and even if your bracket has already gone up in a cloud of smoke (thanks a lot Arizona), you can at least hang your hat on the fact that the Ohio State Buckeyes have advanced at least one round in this year’s NCAA Tournament with a win over the South Dakota State Jackrabbits. You’ll have to wait until Saturday at 7:45 p.m. ET to cheer on the Buckeyes again, but there’s still plenty of basketball to be played before then.
