While momentum is building for college football teams to return to campus and the season to start as scheduled, there are still plenty of different challenges players could face this year as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
To discuss some of those challenges from the player's perspective, former Ohio State linebacker and current Eleven Warriors Radio Hour co-host Joshua Perry joins us on this week's Real Pod Wednesdays. Having been through the grind as a Buckeye himself, Perry gives us his insight on what players have missed out on over the past couple months, what they'll need to do to make up for lost time when team activities are allowed to resume and why – like Josh Myers and Wyatt Davis – he wouldn't have hesitated to sign a waiver to play this season despite the potentially increased risk of contracting COVID-19.
