Chip Kelly is getting paid some serious dough.

While it's already been widely reported that Chip Kelly is leaving Ohio State to become the Las Vegas Raiders' offensive coordinator, Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer reported details Sunday evening that illuminated just how in demand Kelly was.

Per Breer's report, Kelly will make $6 million annually with the Raiders. That salary is triple the amount he made at OSU ($2 million) and nearly identical to his compensation in his final year as UCLA's head coach in 2023 ($6.1 million). That number will make Kelly the highest-paid coordinator in pro football.
