GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Ohio State is still waiting to hear if its 44-28 win over Notre Dame in the Fiesta Bowl will be wide receiver Michael Thomas' last game as a Buckeye.
Ohio State hopes it's not. But even if it is, Thomas could potentially leave a bigger parting gift than just the 15-yard touchdown reception he had in the first quarter.
That gift could be Thomas' cousin, four-star wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson Jr. of Mission Viejo (Calif.) Calabasas, who was in attendance at the Fiesta Bowl to cheer on the Buckeyes.
It's not that Thomas is going to help make his cousin's college decision, but memories have been planted.
