Junior forward Micah Potter to transfer from Ohio State

Just days before the tip off of the 2018-19 men’s basketball season, the Ohio State athletic department announced that 6-foot-9 junior forward Micah Potter had decided to leave the program following two seasons as a Buckeye.

Potter began both of those seasons as a starter for OSU before being replaced in the lineup by Trevor Thompson and Kaleb Wesson, respectively. However, he did appear in 59 games, and averaged 4.1 points and 2.8 rebounds per games.

Of the Mentor, Ohio native, head coach Chris Holtmann said, ”We appreciate Micah’s contributions to our program and we wish him the very best moving forward.
