We’re bringing you a midweek NFL report because several former Ohio State players have been on the move these past few days. As injuries start to plague the league heading into Week 3 of the regular season, players earlier cut during final roster moves are now getting a second (or fourth) chance and one Buckeye is latest addition to IR.
Despite starting the season on New York’s practice squad, the team decided to pull Grant up to the active roster just before their Monday Night Football Week 2 matchup. Grant practiced at all three linebacker positions for the Giants during the offseason and made an impression with his special team abilities as well.
