Instacap: Ohio State Falls To Memphis In Overtime, 81-76

Ohio State lost its third-straight game of the season Friday night, falling to Memphis 81-76 in overtime in the Hoophall Miami Invitational.

The Buckeyes were held without a field goal in the extra period and scored just one point while the Tigers scored six. The game headed to overtime after the two teams were tied at 75-all after 40 minutes.

JaQuan Lyle and Marc Loving carried the load for the Buckeyes offensively. Lyle had a team-high 18 points with eight assists while Loving had 17 points and seven rebounds.

The first half was a foul fest as Ohio State and Memphis combined to commit 27 fouls in the first 20 minutes.
