HOF WR Chris Carter Claims He Thought Of Moving Braxton Miller To WR

Braxton Miller probably would have had a lot of success being slotted back in as the starting quarterback for the defending national champion Ohio State Buckeyes. He probably would have contended for the Heisman Trophy and taken Urban Meyer’s squad pretty far — if not all the way.

But Miller won’t be the starting quarterback in his last season with Ohio State. Instead, he’s working on becoming a wide receiver and allowing Cardale Jones and J.T. Barrett to get their reps at quarterback.

Even though I’m pretty sure plenty of people threw out the idea of Miller switching to wide receiver as soon as the Buckeyes won the national championship — or even when Jones announced he would return to Ohio State — there’s one man who is claiming the idea: Chris Carter.
