Make it two defeats within a week for the Buckeyes, who fell short on a buzzer-beater against Florida Wednesday in the Fort Myers Tip-Off final.
The 23rd-ranked Gators hit a game-winning 3-pointer to beat Ohio State 71-68 at the Suncoast Credit Union Arena, extending their unbeaten streak to five games to start the year while the Buckeyes fell to 4-2 amid a grueling non-conference run through the end of the month.

The Buckeyes coughed up a double-digit lead in the second half, as Florida took a 66-65 lead at the 2:15 mark that gave the Gators their first since late in the first half.
