While Ohio State is consistently hitting home runs both on the field (hello No. 1) and on the recruiting trail, there remains one weak spot. The 2020 running back class is a bit thin. And by thin, I mean nonexistent. The Buckeyes don’t have a single 2020 RB when J.K. Dobbins inevitably leaves after this year.
While the Buckeyes have replacements for now with Master Teague, Steele Chambers and Marcus Crowley, if OSU keeps missing on running back recruits, problems will arise. Thankfully, the 2020 recruiting cycle is not over yet, and there are still backs out there to get.
