It’s been a disappointing week for Ohio State fans on the offensive line recruiting front, but good news could be on the horizon soon.
Four-star offensive lineman Jayvon McFadden will commit on Saturday and choose from a group of four finalists consisting of Ohio State, Colorado, South Carolina and Maryland.

McFadden took an official visit to Columbus on June 7, the only official visit he took all summer. It looked promising that the 6-foot-5, 300-pound prospect would end up in OSU’s 2025 class shortly after that trip, but McFadden opted to hold off on making a decision and extend his recruitment.
