Four-star Missouri wideout Jeremiah McClellan has set a commitment date for Aug. 13. McClellan released his final five schools on July 16, including Ohio State, Missouri, Oregon, Georgia and LSU among his finalists.
Heading into the commitment, Ohio State sits in a good position for McClellan and has long been considered the favorite, but Oregon and Missouri have made a late push. McClellan would pair nicely alongside OSU five-star wide receiver 2024 commits Jeremiah Smith and Mylan Graham, and the Buckeyes will still try to flip new offer Chance Robinson from Miami regardless of whether they land McClellan or not.
