Patrick Gurd is transferring to Cincinnati for his final year of college football.
The former Ohio State tight end announced his commitment to the Bearcats on Monday night.

Gurd becomes the second former Buckeye in Cincinnati’s tight end room, joining Joe Royer, who transferred to Cincinnati last offseason. He becomes the fourth total former Ohio State player on Cincinnati’s roster, joining running back Evan Pryor and safety Kye Stokes, who also both transferred to Cincinnati last offseason.
