Former Ohio State quarterback Jim Karsatos has died.
Karsatos was hospitalized with a heart condition before passing away on Sunday, a member of Karsatos’ family told 247Sports. He was 61 years old.
The former Ohio State quarterback spent six seasons with the Buckeyes in the 1980s. A native of Fullerton, California, Karsatos was a captain for the 1986 Ohio State football team.
