Alonzo Gaffney has a new home.
After leaving Ohio State, the former top-50 high school prospect has signed with junior college Northwest Florida State College. Gaffney's original intent in leaving the team was reportedly to pursue professional options, but he soon entered the transfer portal.
"It's a great feeling to join a program like Northwest Florida and I can't wait to start the process of preparing for the season," Gaffney said in a statement. "I have a great a connection with Coach Pierre. The environment at NWF is great, it just felt like the right fit.
