A year after suffering a season-ending ACL tear in NBA Summer League action, E.J. Liddell is set to sign a new deal with the New Orleans Pelicans.
According to a report by NBA insider Shams Charania, the Pelicans are signing the former Buckeye forward – who they selected with the 41st overall pick in the second round of the 2022 NBA draft – to a three-year, $6.2 million contract. The Pelicans will have a team option in the third year, per the report.
