COLUMBUS, Ohio -- JaQuan Lyle looked flustered.
Almost every time he took an inbounds pass, Purdue was guarding Lyle with full court pressure from either Johnny Hill or P.J. Thompson. The Boilermakers took Ohio State's best player out of his comfort zone and handed the Buckeyes a 75-64 loss on Thursday night. It was Ohio State's third straight road loss.
At least this one wasn't a blowout.
From watching the TV broadcast on ESPN, the Buckeyes looked much better overall compared to previous road losses to Maryland, Indiana and UConn. Those three losses came by an average of 26 points.
