COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Daniel Giddens looked terrified when he walked up to the postgame interview table after Ohio State's 76-54 win over Mount St. Mary's on Sunday.
It was clear he was a first-timer. Giddens, one of five freshmen Ohio State signed in 2015, just finished his first real college game. This was his first real college interview. He leaned in awkwardly to the microphone to add one or two soft-spoken addendums to whatever teammate Jae'Sean Tate said.
That was until Giddens had a question directed at him about how he felt coming into the game.
