Capital introduced football coach Chad Rogosheske on Tuesday afternoon, hoping the former Ohio State graduate assistant can lend stability to a program that has had four straight losing seasons and only one winning season in the past nine.
Rogosheske is the 12th head coach in team history but the fourth since Jim Collins left for Saginaw Valley State after the 2007 season. Collins led the Crusaders to Division III playoffs in each of his final three seasons and had a string of seven straight winning seasons.
Craig Candeto, a former Navy quarterback and Citadel assistant, had three straight 3-7 seasons before resigning.
