Four-star California cornerback Clark Phillips III said he is very high on Ohio State and hopes to make his official visits before his next football season, when he will look to commit to a program.
The No. 3 cornerback in the 2020 class received his Ohio State offer on Jan 24 and has since earned offers from Texas, Michigan, Clemson, Georgia and South Carolina. Ohio State will likely be among his official visits throughout the spring and summer.
“I am really serious about understanding my options before just committing,” Phillips said. “I think I have a good feeling for what I’m looking for, and when I see it, I will know it.
