CJ Walker to Pull Out of NBA Draft, Return to Ohio State

In a widely expected move, Ohio State senior-to-be guard CJ Walker officially announced that he would be pulling his name out of the NBA Draft and returning to Columbus for his final season.

Walker, who played last season after sitting out the 2018-19 campaign due to transferring from Florida State, started 29 of 31 games for the Buckeyes as the point guard, although the season ended early due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

After D.J. Carton left the team to focus on mental health and subsequently transferred, Walker stepped up, and ended up averaging 8.
