With Thanksgiving coming up on Thursday and The Game coming up on Saturday, Ohio State football players C.J. Stroud, TreVeyon Henderson, Denzel Burke and Ryan Watts had two things on their mind Monday: giving back and beating Michigan.
Stroud, Henderson, Burke and Watts were among the Ohio State players who participated in TownHall’s Feed the Need event on Monday, when the Short North restaurant closed its doors to regular business and instead spent the day serving free meals to people in need with the help of some Buckeye football players.
Eleven Warriors was on hand for the event and caught up with those four Buckeyes after they helped serve some meals to talk to them about the importance of giving back to the community, how their respective freshman seasons (redshirt freshman years for Stroud and Watts, true freshman years for Burke and Henderson) have gone and their excitement to play in their first rivalry game against the team up north on Saturday.
